Returns & Exchanges Policy
Overview
Because every item is made just for you, all sales are final. This means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If we make a mistake—such as sending the wrong item, size, or design, or if your order arrives with a clear defect—we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost. While we don’t offer refunds, we’ll make it right by remaking your order when it qualifies.
What Qualifies for a Replacement
You may be eligible for a replacement if the issue is reported within the timelines below:
- Wrong item, size, or color shipped (different from what you ordered)
- Printing error (missing design elements, major misalignment)
- Material defect (holes, torn seams, broken zippers, etc.)
- Damage in transit (garment arrives torn, stained, or visibly damaged)
What Does Not Qualify
We cannot offer replacements for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer (size charts are available on every product page)
- Measurement differences within 1 inch of the size chart (industry standard)
- Minor color variations due to screen/device display differences
- Normal wear and tear, washing/drying damage, or odors
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Packages marked “Refused” or “Unclaimed”
Address Issues & Reshipping
If the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect, your order will ship as entered.
- If it’s returned to us, we can reship:
- To a new address — a reshipment fee applies
- To the same address — free reshipment available once
- Reshipments will occur only after we receive the original package.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of being placed (during business hours) by emailing us with your order number. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Reporting an Issue
Please contact us:
- Within 7 days of delivery for wrong items, printing errors, or defects
- Within 48 hours for items damaged in transit
To submit a claim, email us with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing:
- The full item
- Close-up of the defect
- The packing slip
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Our Remedy
If your claim is approved, we will remake and ship the same item (same size, color, and design) at no cost. We do not issue refunds.
Sizing & Fit
Every product page includes a detailed size chart—please measure carefully before ordering. A 1-inch margin of error in garment measurements is standard and does not qualify for replacement.
International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. Orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.

All sales are final. We only replace items if we made an error or they arrive defective/damaged. Please review the size chart before ordering. Orders can only be changed/canceled within 1 hour. Wrong addresses can be reshipped for a fee unless reshipping to the same address after a return, which is free once.
